When stepping in to a role that involves understanding the project and its various roles, it’s something something for the manager to play a role in the team communication, to help fill gaps in work and debug issues as they arise.

What You Can Expect When Working With Us

Intake calls usually take about 15-20 minutes, including documenting the current situation, personal information, history and needs. Once this is completed, the consultation time will be scheduled around your availability as viewed on your calendar. The intake information will be uploaded to the preferred software or storage, and a summary will be attached to the consultation notes, with a reminder (if needed) automated to alert you beforehand. Often a quick call or additional notes for explanation may be necessary. This entire process will bill about 25-30 minutes.

Case Management for a client depends on the work being performed in office. In Family Law, communication with the client can extend longer than a records request in a medical setting. Communication techniques are employed with each client call to ensure trust and reassurance of our work for them. Detailed notation of the conversation will be observed and saved to the client file. Follow-up or continued correspondence will be noted as well, with appropriate reminders or scheduling.

Project management and execution is proposed based on the needs and goals of the team/company. Recommendations can be made to develop project methods, timelines and rationale, however we rely heavily on the team to advise on timeline projections and milestones. A project overview structuring estimated and ideal progress will be provided, and updated regularly.

1:1 Communication meetings are provided to go through the current stage processes, and discuss how to shift or improve. This is important especially for individual or lesser-staffed businesses as there are less additional employees to implement functions with. Team meetings can be led or moderated, and notation or assignments can be delegated appropriately.

Document review and editing can be completed as the need arises, or scheduled, and e-filing or communication can be done at the time, or upon your approval.

Invoicing and billing services can be completed through automated processes (preferred) or on an individual basis. *Unfortunately we do not offer bookkeeping or accounting services at this time.

Marketing and sales services are not offered, however we are happy to work with you or on your behalf to ensure teams are informed about current needs, trends, demographics, projects or goals.
